1st Line IT Support Analyst – Trainee/Graduate Opportunity
Working with a well established International IT Software company, this is a fantastic opportunity to kick start your career in IT!
Ideally you will have a little commercial experience in providing 1st line IT Support within a commercial business, or demonstrate
a keen interest (training courses, qualifications) in getting into IT.
As a 1st line Support Analyst, you will be speaking with customers over the phone and via email to log their technical issues and provide
Technical support where you can. For anything more in depth, you will escalate this to more senior members of the team. As such, strong customer service skills are a pre-requisite and the business will consider candidates from a Customer Service / Call Centre background who want to progress into a career in IT.
As a business, they have a strong ethos on promotion from within, so this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career from 1st line support into more technical support roles, QA/Testing or indeed various other routes within the business.
The company are based in Maidstone, with free parking and are also a 2-3 minute walk from the train station. After initial training, you will have the option to work from home a couple of days p/week too.
