Applications Support Manager – Software Development – Agile – ERP – DevOps – Leadership

Are you capable of leading a team of Application Support experts globally whilst helping a business adopt and embed agile methodologies and DevOps in to their technical landscape?  The business are a highly profitable business that have been relatively traditional in their approach to technology and are now looking to undertake a number of upgrades and digitisation programmes. 

The role is, in the short term, to lead a team of apps support analyst and developers, predominately UK based but some across Asia and the America's. The team works mainly across their ERP (AX) system and there are plans to upgrade to D365 so any experience in supporting ERP systems and especially Dynamics would be a plus.  The role will evolve and develop to help the business adopt agile and introduce DevOps ways of working in to their environment, so someone that understand these processes and is up for the challenge of driving change will be needed.

There is, once safe to do so, travel to international offices from time to time and there will be a need to be onsite at their offices in the West Midlands approx 50% of the time "post CoVid".  In return you will get a superb package including bonus, pension, car allowance and a fuel card, including for personal use.  You will also get the chance to deliver real change and automation to the business.

Salary is up to £70,000 per annum.
