Director of Product Management Full Time Permanent
An ambitious start-up that offers the opportunity for people to make better choices through AI and ML is looking to recruit a B2B- experienced Director of Product Management to drive the business forward.
Following the successful application of the platform with one of the world’s leading automakers, the company finds itself requiring a SaaS experienced Head of Product (or Senior Product Manager) who has extensive experience with AI/ML, and an interest (if no experience) in the automotive industry.
Leading an incredible cross-functional team (including Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Software Developers) this role would be ideal for someone who has a background as a software engineer, strong AI/ML experience, and who comes from a Senior Product Manager position, or Head of Product position.
The Role:
- Define and execute the roadmap, aligning the strategy with the company vision.
- Lead and mentor a team of excellent product managers
- Take responsibility for the full product lifecycle, from conceptualisation to delivery
- Partner with the cross-functional management teams to align and execute against product strategy.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing and the business development team
- Use data and customer feedback to ensure the best decisions around the product
Required Experience:
- Extensive experience in Product Leadership roles delivering B2B SaaS products is essential
- Technical background – experienced with cloud stacks, data analytics, AI/ML
- Demonstrable experience working closely with marketing teams and other senior management
- Excellent communicator
- Interest in the automotive sector would be advantageous
