Head of Business Architecture – Head of Business Analysis – Leadership – Requirements – Business Process
A transformation leader with experience of running business architecture and analysis functions required for a financial services business, undergoing a major programme of change. You will be responsible for the overall development and delivery of requirements across the business, driven through your team. You will need to be a leader with a proven track record of managing people and have come from a BA/Business Architecture background, providing guidance and leadership across the team.
The aim of the function is to put in place a framework for BA's and Architects to work with, providing the business with clear requirements to deliver against, so building this framework will be a key element of the role. You will be working with 3rd party providers as as well as being involved in overall change leadership.
This is a role which will grow as the business continue to build out their function in the UK and there will be some UK travel to other sites. Experience in financial services would be ideal but any regulated sector would be workable. The core elements for this are leadership of a BA and Architecture function and the knowledge and ability to guide and develop people across the function, so that real in-depth understanding of requirements gathering and business processes.
