Head of Product: Data Research

A renowned research company based in Berkshire is currently looking for a Head of Product to lead a team of Product Managers while defining and delivering the product strategy.

The company already takes a product-centric approach to their research offering and the successful Head of Product will come in and continue this approach.
You will also come with previous product leadership experience, and will have a track record of success in delivering data products.

Although the company is currently working remotely, there will be a hybrid working model in place when possible, with the expectation being to be present in the Berkshire office 3 days per week initially, with a view to relaxing this after probation.

Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver the long-term product strategy and roadmap
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers
• Enhance the product-centric approach throughout the business
• Ensure the product roadmaps align with the company vision
• Take a central role between wider business team to develop the product propositions
• Ensure that the product performance metrics are efficiently analysed
• Define and deliver product GTM strategies
• Sit as part of the SLT

• Demonstrable successes of delivering data-centric products – essential
• Experience with developing innovative and compelling customer propositions
• Experience in setting and monitoring KPIs
• Insurance industry experience – highly desirable, though not essential
• Background in managing and mentoring high performing Product Managers

Salary: £90k-£100k
