Information Security Manager Contract Full Time

An interesting opportunity to join an established business on an initial 12 Month FTC. My client is going through a digital transformation and is evolving their digital landscape. The role is based in South West London. We would ideally like someone to commute to the office a couple of times a month. 

The Information Security Manager position is a newly created role in the business. This is an exciting opportunity to impact a company’s approach to IT & Cyber security across all key pillars. You will have influence over compliance and governance as well as managing external resources.

The Information Security Manager will be responsible for:

• Providing technical knowledge in support of IT Security compliance.
• Managing programme delivery in accordance with the company’s wider objectives.
• Ensuring Audits trails and system logs as well as monitoring other data sources.
• Championing security frameworks such as ISO 27001.
• Managing external resource and agencies.
• Operational executions of risk assessments and analysis of current methodologies.
• Designing, coordinating, and overseeing security testing procedures.
