Desktop Support Analyst.
We’re hiring on behalf of a customer that are undertaking a large-scale transformation in technology and although they are a relatively small technical department now, they are growing. They’re based North of Birmingham and are seeking an enthusiastic, technically minded IT Support professional to join their team. They are keen to support and develop careers and have a proven track record of doing so, you will need to be committed to offering the best technical support to end users in return. The work is a combination of project work and ongoing IT Support from 1st to 3rd line (eventually).

The Desktop Support Analyst will provide 1st and 2nd line support for software, network, and infrastructure issues. The business has recently rolled out Office365 and created a cloud environment in Microsoft Azure. They are currently scoping out a new ERP systems as well as other future projects.
Salary: £25k-£30k + Benefits + Bonus.
