Programme Manager – Change Delivery – Leadership – Problem Solver
A Programme Manager with the ability to lead and drive change required for a financial services business. Creating, developing and nurturing the programme processes and environment, setting the standards and ensuring delivery are all key elements of the role. The business are undergoing major transformation work at the moment and this will be a busy programme environment.
The "usual" governance, people and process coordination, reporting and stakeholder engagement piece is a given in the role, as is experience in delivering large scale and complex programmes, ideally within financial services. The role will be responsible for the timely delivery of key programmes across integration, technology and business teams.
There is scope for whoever comes in to this role to have a real impact on how the business performs over the coming years and there is long term potential for growth as the company grows.
Hybrid working on offer but there will be consistent travel to the office which is based in the West Midlands. Great benefits package on offer.
