Senior Product Manager (Remote) – £60k-£65k

A renowned qualification provider in the UK is currently looking for a remote Senior Product Manager to enhance the development of their global portfolio of website platforms.

The successful Senior Product Manager will have demonstrable experience with web technology and web CMS platforms, and will ideally have experience of leading Junior Product Managers or Product Owners.

The role is remote, but you must be UK-based – candidates outside of the UK are unfortunately not able to apply to this role.

Responsibilities:

• Take a customer-first approach to maximising the value of the product
• Responsible for the product vision and leading the team in the delivery of the vision.
• Create the product strategy, translating the business strategy and customer requirements to do so
• Take a data-driven approach to maintain and prioritise the product backlog, clearly articulating prioritisations to the team
• Write User Stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Be the central figure for your product
• Work closely with marketing, content, sales, and international stakeholders
• Report of SEO activities
• Manage content and technical product releases
• Supporting and developing event and campaign micro-sites.
• Follows and understands technology trends to inform ongoing product development.
• Contributes to the Digital and Technology department strategy, is part of the Product Management community in the organisation
• Effective line management of team members.
• Lead the discovery phase and then the introduction of new enhancements and features

• Extensive Web Product Management experience – essential
• Demonstrable experience with content management systems – essential
• Strong understanding of web analytics – essential
• Strong knowledge/experience of Agile methodologies
