Business Analyst – Systems Analyst – Requirements Capture – Business Change
Business Analysis work across multiple business change and IT projects ranging from smaller projects to being part of a wider BA team working on major programmes of work. As a BA you'll need to be adept at requirements gathering, facilitating workshops to draw out functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders, running process improvement workshops and being involved in the design and delivery of IT projects. You'll be dealing with stakeholders internally and externally at all levels and dealing with 3rd parties (offshore), as well as working as the sole BA (small/medium projects) and as part of a team (large projects).
The business have a large programme of work to undertake and this role is integral to the delivery of the enhancements across IT and the business. It will be working in a regulated environment so experience in Financial Services or similar will be required.
