A global customer engagement platform provider is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join their London office and take full responsibility for their latest product; an HR/employee engagement platform.
The successful candidate will have full autonomy for the product and will be responsible for building deeper functionalities to enhance the product capabilities.
You’ll have access to your own Squad, which typically consists of 5-8 Devs (you may have access to 2 Squads at times) and will work closely with the Product Marketing Managers to review/analyse the growth of your modules.
The role will be fully responsible for eliciting customer requirements, while also being able to translate requirements to the Dev team, so you must be comfortable with an individual contributor role.
Although an IC role, this role will be responsible for the EMEA region. As a result, if you’ve previously held a Head/Director of Product position with a European remit, and are happy with an IC role, then this could be for you.
The Role:
This Product line will feel like a start-up, so previous star-up experience is highly desirable. The environment will be fast-paced, and there will be the expectation for you to be flexible with the way you work.
