Service Designer – UX – User Research – Customer Journey
A unique opportunity to review and re-design a customers end to end journey for a well known business. You will be leading the complete review of all customer touchpoints and conducting research to discover any areas of improvement. The business are going through a major digital transformation and this role is instrumental in the success of the backend technology, ensuring it delivers for the customer.
You will need to:
Have conducted Service Design Reviews before
Have good UX experience
Understand customer journeys
Conduct User Research
Run workshops with customers and internal stakeholders
This is a remote working opportunity on a 6 month Fixed term contract (salaried role).
